What time to arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4:00pm, but doors for the venue will open at 3:30pm.

What is the dress code.

Answer

Dress code is dressy casual. Please just no jeans. Khakis and a polo is perfectly fine.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 28th!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be indoors. There will be a small walk outside when going from ceremony to cocktail hour/reception. The ceremony will be in a barn, so it may be a little chilly depending on weather.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn. You can call to make the reservation under Van Abel wedding.

Parking at Brighton Acres?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking area.

Will there be transport from wedding venue to hotel?

Answer

Yes, Gold Star Transportation will be the shuttle going back and forth from venue and hotel.

What time will the shuttle start and end?

Answer

Shuttle will start pick up at the hotel at 3:00pm. The last shuttle will leave Brighton acres at midnight. It is only a 23 passenger bus, so plan ahead when arriving to hotel and heading to ceremony.

What if we leave our car at Brighton Acres?

Answer

No problem, just try to pick up vehicles by 10am.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Although I live everyone’s littles, we do have budget we are trying to stick too. There are a few littles that will be there, those invites will state family.
