The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure enough time for parking (if you plan to drive) and finding your seat!
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means that once the ceremony begins, we kindly request that all phones be put away and silenced. Our aim is for everyone to be fully present with us and to allow our photographer to capture the best possible moments, which we will later share with you!
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place outdoors. Indoor restrooms are accessible inside Fountainview Mansion for guest convenience. Additionally, a designated area within the mansion will be open for guests seeking relief from the outdoor heat and humidity. While fans will be used to enhance comfort in the outdoor spaces, we suggest considering these conditions when choosing your attire.
Yes, there is a parking lot available in front of the venue. However, we strongly encourage guests to use our provided shuttle service to and from The Hotel at Auburn University to minimize the number of cars in the venue parking lot. The shuttle service begins at 3:00 pm and operates throughout the evening until 11:00 pm. You can find more details about the shuttle service in the 'Travel' tab on our website! Please note that cars cannot be left overnight at the venue, so if guests choose to drive, they must ensure their vehicle is removed from the property by 11:00 pm.

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate with all of you! We would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as you can whether you'll be able to join us. However, the formal invitations will include instructions for guests to RSVP using the website no later than Saturday, May 11, 2024.

The reception will conclude at 10 pm with a send-off for the bride and groom from Fountainview Mansion back to The Hotel at Auburn University. Although we have not arranged an official after-party, for those wishing to continue the celebration, the hotel bar provides a cozy spot for drinks and conversations. Similarly, Downtown Auburn, which is just a short walk from the hotel, offers a variety of bars for guests interested in a more lively atmosphere!
