We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP, on our website, by March 1, 2022.
Both the ceremony and reception will be on the grounds at The Venue at Birchwood. Following the ceremony, the wedding party and families will be taking pictures, but guests can head straight to the patio for cocktail hour, to be followed by the reception! Address for GPS: 4749 Kedron Rd, Spring Hill, TN 37174
Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors, in fully air-conditioned spaces. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors, where there are options to remain under a covered patio.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share pictures of the big day as soon as we get them.
We ask that you arrive no later than 3:40PM, in order to be seated and settled in. We want to make sure everyone is on time, so we can get the party started as scheduled right at 4PM!
The couple (okay, Faith) would love to see our family & friends dressed up with us! Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. The vision for women: Pretty dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. The vision for men: suit or slacks with a button-down. Please, no jeans.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
No; we love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We are asking that the only children in attendance be those family members included in the wedding party.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue; however, cars cannot be left overnight at the venue. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please plan your transportation accordingly.
Yes, there will be! Drinks will be served, along with light appetizers, during cocktail hour - followed by dinner, cake, and desserts. In an effort to display southern hospitality, our mission is to send you home stuffed! We want to make sure everyone gets home safe and sound from our celebration, so we ask that if you drink, please do so responsibly. Consider carpooling with a designated driver or plan to call an Uber to take you to and from the event. We want you to get home with nothing but great memories!!
We have reserved blocks at several hotels in the area for our guests. If you're interested in booking a room, check out our "Travel" tab for more information. If you are looking for accommodations other than those mentioned above, Nashville is home to some awesome Airbnb's and VRBO's. If you'd like to be close to both downtown and the venue, Franklin & Brentwood are excellent locations!
We are registered through Zola and Amazon. Please visit the "Registry" tab for more details.
We kindly ask that you do not call or text the bride & groom the week of their wedding. Instead, please reach out to the Mother of the Bride, Terri Parks, at (615) 332-1667 or the Mother of the Groom, Bethany Ulteig, at (214) 676-2141 with any questions you may have.
