Hannah and Henry's story begins in October of 2020 when they matched on Hinge. Instantly, there was a sense of familiarity and comfort. Both are from the same town, graduates of the same high school, and even grew up in the same neighborhood, but never crossed paths. For their first date, Henry planned a trip to a corn maze (not very scary during social distancing) and later, they grabbed a drink at Midtown Brewing Company. From then on, they spent their time getting to know each other during Covid-19 by trying new take out food, playing games, listening to music, road trips, watching movies, golfing, and cooking together regularly. In July of 2021, Hannah accepted a teaching job in Novi, which lead them to both deciding to make the move together. In 2023, Henry and Hannah decided to take the next step in their relationship by bringing home their puppy Leia. In November 2024, Henry surprised Hannah with a weekend getaway to Ludington, MI (where they took their first trip together in 2021) where he proposed in the dunes of Ludington State Park. Henry and Hannah are excited to now celebrate their marriage with their closest family and friends at The Captain's Club in Grand Blanc on May 9th, 2026.
