Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Most guests will be staying in Warsaw, IN, about 20–25 minutes from our venue. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw—please book by May 26, 2026 for the group rate. You’ll find booking details and additional hotel options under the Travel tab.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
We will have shuttle services for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw that will take guests to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle services have limited seating. Please indicate on the RSVP which shuttle service you would like to utilize and we will let you know if a spot is reserved for you as the wedding day gets closer. If you have a special accommodation and definitely need a shuttle reservation, please let us know. From the hotel to the wedding venue: there will be one shuttle trip from Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw for ceremony drop-off. This shuttle trip will likely be reserved for interested close friends and family. It will leave the Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw at 3:00pm. Please indicate on the RSVP if you would like to utilize this service and we will let you know if a spot is reserved for you as the wedding day gets closer. From the wedding venue to the hotel: there will be two shuttle trips from the wedding venue to Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw at the end of the night. The first shuttle will leave the wedding venue at 9:45pm and the second shuttle will leave the wedding venue at 11:00pm. Please indicate on the RSVP if you would like to utilize this service and we will let you know if a spot is reserved for you as the wedding day gets closer. If you drive to the wedding venue and take the shuttle service back to the hotel at night, you can leave your car at the wedding venue overnight. Guests need to pick up their cars from the wedding venue by 10:00am the following morning.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, the dress code is formal or black tie optional — we’d love to see you dressed to celebrate. We kindly ask guests to avoid white.

We ask that you only bring individuals included in the guest list on the website RSVP. If your RSVP includes a guest, please indicate if they are attending.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have beer, wine, and seltzer available for anyone 21+. Liquor is not served at this venue. We kindly ask guests not to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the venue, but be sure to bring your ID. Get ready to party!
