What to Wear
Our wedding attire is Black Tie Optional, and we encourage everyone to embrace the occasion and dress up for a beautiful fall evening in Charleston.
FOR THE LADIES
- Floor-length gowns, and elevated cocktail attire are all welcome. We love rich, romantic hues and encourage guests to lean into fall-inspired colors such as olive, chocolate brown, black, gold, emerald, forest green, plum, navy, and other warm, earthy tones.
FOR THE GENTLEMEN
- A suit and tie are requested. Tuxedos are welcome but not required. We suggest darker, classic tones such as navy, charcoal, deep brown, or black. Think rich fall colors and avoid anything too light or summery.
KINDLY AVOID
To complement the overall look and feel of the weekend, we kindly ask guests to avoid the following:
- Bright reds and vibrant, summery colors
- Neon shades
- Very light-colored suits
- Sneakers or non-dress shoes
- Casual attire
