I’m trying to get an estimate of how many rooms I need to block off at the hotel closest to the venue. You will still be responsible for booking your room. I’n hoping to get everyone a cheaper rate by reserving some rooms!
The venue is indoors however there are large windows that can be opened to let in light and fresh air. The weather in April can be iffy so whether or not the windows will be open all depends on the weather that day.
Our wedding venue is an old cannery. The floor consists of older concrete that is cracked in some spots. Heels are not recommended.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
We're not super fancy people and want everyone to be comfortable. This is what we're thinking but dress however you'd like. For men - jeans, cowboy boots, button down shirt For women - dress, jeans, nice shirt, cowboy boots, flats
We will have Chick-Fil-A for dinner and cupcakes for dessert.
We will have a his and hers drink along with soda, beer, tea and a few liquor options.
Please park in one of the surrounding parking lots and not on the grass. If you do park in the grass the city has the right to ticket or tow your vehicle.
