Please arrive no later than 5:00PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30PM

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have decided to have an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are requesting that you turn off/silence all phones, cameras and other devices. Our amazing photographers/videographers will capture every beautiful moment and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. Feel free to take as many photos as you want after the ceremony and share them with us! :)

When should I book my hotel reservation by?

The cut off date for the hotel booking is April 15, 2025

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.

Question

Will there be a shuttle from the Courtyard Westbury to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up guests at 4:30pm & 4:45pm to bring them to the ceremony. There will be another shuttle from 11:00pm-12:30am to bring guests from the venue back to the hotel.
