We recommend getting a spot at millionaires row where the groom will be spending his day, at tables F11 and F12 with his Something Blue guys. If you want to spend time with the groom and his friends, it would recommend getting a seat at a table close by. Link for Tickets: https://www.ticketmaster.com/day-at-the-races-dining-louisville-kentucky-09-20-2025/event/160062C504F66410 When purchasing tickets, you need the letter E, F, or G at the end of the “MILR4” because those are the tables right around us. (Example: MILR4G 12 would be for G 12 table seats) Sales Open for tables F10 and F13 until Friday, Sept 6th - please let us know if tickets are sold out for tables F, and we will coordinate with Churchill Downs to allow more for purchase. If you get there early enough for Race 3 you might see the race named for the bride and groom :)
The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30pm so we recommend that you all arrive earlier than 530pm. Cocktail hour will be followed after the ceremony. The reception will follow after the cocktail hour.
Yes, we have a room block at the Louisville Marriott Downtown but there are several other hotels around there if you have like to stay at a Hilton or Hyatt for example. There are also airbnbs in the area. Due to the music festival being the same weekend we encourage you to book quickly as there may not be options closer to the wedding day. You can always reach out to the bride if you have any questions about accommodations.
We will have a shuttle from the Louisville Marriott to Churchill Downs starting at 4pm and back at the end of the night.
Andrew and I will be at the Louisville Marriott Downtown Bar Friday evening, 5-7pm EST, for any guests arriving the day before and we can welcome you! Also, we are encouraging people to go to the racetrack before the wedding if they would like to see a few races. We just want you to be on time for the actual wedding events!
Please RSVP by August 1
The ceremony and reception will all be at the Kentucky Derby Museum
