When should I rsvp by?

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request formal attire. Guests are welcome to incorporate summer colors or patterns.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We've designed an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, so we ask that you only bring a guest if one is specifically noted on your invitation.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors; the reception will take place indoors.

What is the weather typically like in Spain this time of year?

Answer

It is typically warm and sunny with temperatures around 80 degrees. Rain is uncommon but possible.

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, we're providing shuttle transportation to the venue for our guests. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 5:15 PM, so please plan to meet in the hotel lobby by 5:00 PM to allow time for boarding. Please note that timing is subject to change based on our final timeline. Be sure to check back here for any updates closer to the wedding day.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. If you choose not to take the shuttle, designated parking is available at the venue.

What time can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 5:30 PM. This allows our planning team adequate time to complete setup and coordinate shuttle arrivals for all our guests.

Will transportation be provided from the venue back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes. If you took the shuttle to the wedding, a return shuttle to the hotel will be provided after the reception.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please indicate any allergies or dietary needs on your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be having welcome drinks and a beach day prior to the wedding day. Please see the schedule tab for more information.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're so grateful for your willingness to celebrate with us! If you're traveling from out of the country to join us, please know that your presence is the greatest gift of all, no registry contribution necessary. That said, if you'd like to give, we're currently saving for our first home and would be appreciative of monetary gifts.
