WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
We asked that all our guest make plans to arrive around 2:00 PM, 30 minutes before the ceremony start time listed on your invites (2:30 PM), failing to do so could result on you missing the ceremony.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DATE?
Answer
We apologize for the wrong RSVP date on our mailed RSVP cards. Our RSVP is open until SEPTEMBER 15th 2024. We may have a couple of extra days for stragglers but ASAP is preferred. ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
Yes! We love children and have some coloring materials, board games, and other arts and crafts prepared for them to keep them entertained and busy.

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVE?
Answer
No, unfortunately. We are not serving any alcoholic beverages. Our venue requires additional requirements to serve alcohol and we do not have time to make it happen.

CAN I USE MY PHONE DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an Unplugged Ceremony, meaning that all devices should be silenced and put away for the duration of the ceremony. But don’t put them away too far because after our first kiss as husband and wife, you may take as many pictures as your hearts desires.

CAN WE USE OUR PHONE DURING THE RECEPTION ?
Answer
Absolutely! We have QR codes on each tables that guests can scan and upload pictures to throughout the party. We encourage all of you to share your photos online to add to our wedding photo albums.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Every invitation will specifically indicate “your name and guest”. If this is not specified on your invitation, you do not have a plus one. Due to limited space of our venue, we will not be able to accommodate any additional guest beside those named on the invitations. Please reach out to me and Kevin if you have any questions.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our special day. Please refrain from wearing jeans, flip flops and the color WHITE AND NAVY.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Answer
Our venue have plenty of parking space for all our guests. There is plenty of handicapped parking that are available as well as self parking spaces.

IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
We both have space for indoor and outdoor table seating. The ceremony will be held at the outdoor courtyard and our reception are both indoor ballroom and outdoor seating. You are welcome to choose wherever you want to seat.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures and some alone time for the newly weds for approximately an hour. We have a cocktail reception at the courtyard for all our guest to enjoy. Appetizers, snacks and drinks will be served.

CAN WE POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING PARTY ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Answer
