RSVP & Guest Info

How do I RSVP? You’ll RSVP and choose your meal under the RSVP tab (coming soon!). Please reply by September 6—our venue needs a final count. If you have any issues, contact Brittney or Jeremy. Can I bring a plus one? We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and budget constraints, we’re only able to invite those listed on your RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding! What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction? No problem! When you RSVP, please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. What should I wear? Semi-formal/cocktail attire: suits, dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates.

Arrival & Parking

What time should I arrive? Guests can begin arriving after 4:00 PM. The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. We appreciate you making time for a Friday wedding—please plan for traffic so you can arrive relaxed. Is there parking? Yes! From North Main Street, turn onto Friend Street. After the pond, look for the driveway and follow signs to pavilion parking.

Our venue is a family-owned farm with a private pond. The owner (and head chef) will be serving a farm-to-table meal made with local ingredients. Guests are welcome to enjoy the scenic surroundings, take photos, and soak in the beauty of the farm! Is the venue accessible? Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible, and a golf cart will be available to help transport guests if needed. Is it indoors or outdoors? The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. If needed, we’ll move it indoors. The reception will be in a temperature-controlled tent.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony? We have a great photo and video team capturing everything, so please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’d love for you to be fully present with us.
