Why is booking on the10barbados.com MANDATORY?
Answer
Booking a Wyndham room elsewhere (Wyndham site, Expedia, etc.) only gets you a room. Booking off the resort is NOT RECOMMENDED. You will ONLY be allowed on resort for the wedding and reception. Packages booked with us are inclusive of accommodations, airport transfers to and from the hotel, all events (both on and off-site) on the itinerary - Welcome Reception, Vow Renewal, Concert Reception, Pool Party, and Oistin’s Fish Fry, and transportation to the off-site event. Even with all of these inclusions, our prices are still less expensive than those on Wyndham’s site. We cannot make adjustments for those who book Wyndham elsewhere or another resort. How do I book the experience?

THE10BARBADOS.COM IS THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE We've secured better resort rates and consolidated other anticipated costs to simplify budgeting and your experience. THE THREE MAIN BOOKING CONSIDERATIONS Room type - room (Deluxe) or suite (SOLD OUT) Occupancy - single (one person) or double (two people) # of Nights - three (Thursday-Sunday) or four (Thursday to Monday) FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO BOOK Click “Book Now” for the package that corresponds with the desired room type, occupancy, and number of nights. Select the number of travelers you are booking for (minimum one or a maximum of two) and click “Continue”. Decide to pay in full or installments and click “Continue to Checkout” to create an account and checkout. PRICING All pricing is per person. For a single room, you book and pay the price displayed. When booking a double for two, the cost will double to cover the room, events and transport. CHOOSING A SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM “Single” and “double” in the package name refers to occupancy. Rooms are only offered as single or double occupancy. Single means single occupancy. Use this to book a room for one person. 1 Person, 1 Bed. Double means double occupancy. Use this to book a room for two people. Double rooms may request 1 KING bed (ie. couples) OR 2 QUEEN beds (ie. friends) during registration. We recommend booking at the same time as your roommate. If you do not have a roommate, we recommend you book a single occupancy package. We can adjust to a double when you find one. WHAT IF THE PACKAGE I WANT IS SOLD OUT? Suites are COMPLETELY SOLD OUT. They were limited and booked extremely quickly. There is no longer a waitlist as we have exhausted the entire property inventory. What to Know Booking in 2026?

Payment Timeline Update Starting Jan 1 2026, payment plans are set to up to four months, through April 15. Auto-payments are deducted on Jan 15, Feb 15, Mar 15, and Apr 15. Based on your date of deposit, your balance will be split evenly across the remaining months. Deposit on Jan 10, a $2000 balance will be split across four months ($500 each). Deposit on Mar 10, a $2000 balance will only be split across two months ($1000 each). Booking after April 15th is considered last minute and requires payment in full. As of Jan 1, 2026, the refund window has closed. All payments are now non-refundable.

What's the cancellation policy?
Answer
The initial $200 deposit per person is nonrefundable at any time. Payments less the $200 deposit per person are refundable until December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, all payments are nonrefundable. If you may need to cancel, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance.
