We know this is a very unpredictable time and weddings in this new age can get weird. The safety of our family and friends is top of mind for us, so we wanted to share the following. Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We are hoping to go tent-less as well (weather-permitting). All guests must be vaccinated. Getting vaccinated against COVID can lower your risk of getting and spreading the virus. Please test yourself for COVID, if it's available to you, ahead of attending any events. We will have on-site rapid antigen tests available to everyone. If your plans change because of COVID, that's okay! We ask that you let us know, just so we are able to plan accordingly.
Everything will be outside, in the middle of August. We want everyone to be comfortable so the dress code is DRESSY CASUAL. That means khakis, dress pants, button up shirts (linen, perhaps?), or sun dresses, jumpsuits. Everything will be on grass, so we'd advise against stilettos. Things that probably won't fly would be jeans, shorts, or jorts (@ Phil). If you want to wear sneakers, they have to be Common Projects (just kidding, but you get the vibe!)
We are super excited about the meal we have planned! The sit-down portion of the reception will be family style (and will have a solid offering for vegetarians!) Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, so we can work with Danny to accommodate your needs!
The ceremony will start at 5pm. Unless you are staying at Woodhouse Lodge, please do not plan to drive and park at the venue. We will have shuttle transportation to and from our wedding (which should arrive by 5p!) For Jeanne & Susanne, please arrive at 4pm. Try to leave by 3p.
