When Do I Need To RSVP By?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1st. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive to Vine Hill House no later than 3:30PM as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Our celebration will be formal attire. Suits and ties for the gentlemen, and long cocktail dresses for the ladies are perfect. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so please plan for warm afternoon weather and cooler temperatures as the evening sets in. The venue is mostly concrete, but dinner will be served on the lawn.

Will There Be Shuttles Provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue for our out-of-town guests (check back here later for exact timing). After the wedding, shuttles will take all guests to the after-party at The Bird. For those driving, there is ample parking available on-site at both the venue and the after-party location.

Am I Allowed A Plus One?

Answer

In an effort to keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought unless they are listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Am I Able To Bring My Children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding and reception adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you'll enjoy this evening as a special night out together.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Definitely! There will be a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

We kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony. Afterwards, feel free to take and share as many photos as you'd like!

The bridesmaids will be wearing green.
