Schooners to Horn Island

Casual/Beach Attire & Swimsuits: Wear shoes with a good grip. Bring beach towel, hat, and plenty of sunscreen. Light jacket or blanket recommended in case of cool evening temperatures (unlikely).
Out-of-town friends who have never been to MS are invited to an afternoon/sunset sail. Lunch on your own before the trip. Please arrive by 1:30 pm for assignment to one of the two schooners. Schooners will depart promptly at 2:00 pm. Be aware that restrooms onboard are cramped. Snacks, drinks, and dinner (sandwiches) will be provided. Children under 12 must wear a lifejacket. Alternate venue subject to inclement weather.

Set Up & Rehearsal

Casual attire.
The wedding party will meet to set up in the morning at 9am. We will break at noon and drive over to Eat Drink Love for the Rehearsal Lunch: 701 Bienville Blvd. Ocean Springs, MS 39564. After lunch, we will drive back to the Community Center no later than 1:30 pm for rehearsals. We will wrap up by 3pm for everyone to get dressed and ready for the big event. First look & photos with the wedding party is at 4pm.

Parking lot located on the north side of the Community Center and wraps around the back. Enter parking lot from Washington Ave and exit onto Joseph St. If lot is full, street parking is also available.

The historic Community Center is attached to the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. You can enter through the museum lobby.
