We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! This event is black-tie preferred. We kindly ask that all guests wear the color BLACK only. Men can wear a neutral-colored shirt with their suit or tuxedo, accompanied with a black tie or bowtie. Ladies, please wear a black, formal, floor length gown. We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all cell phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best photos. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
Please RSVP by August 13th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above or mailing back your RSVP card found in your mailed invitation. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Guests will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking, enjoying your welcome champagne and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 6:00pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
Yes! If you are staying at the Hilton Pearl River, there will be 2 shuttles going from the hotel to the venue, and 2 shuttles going from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle times are as follows: From the hotel to the venue- 4:45pm & 5:15pm From the venue to the hotel- 12:30am & 1:00am Please note, there will be 2 busses for each time slot. The first bus will depart once full.
Our venue has complementary on-site valet parking. If staying at the hotel for overnight accommodations, we encourage guests to check in at the hotel and take the shuttle to ensure your safe and timely arrival.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber/Lyft or take the hotel shuttle to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
The ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be both!
