If you choose to cancel your room, please reach out first so we can offer it to other guests! If it is cancelled without my knowledge, it will be released to the public rather than added back to the block availability.

Our hotel block at Residence Inn is now completely full. Thank you to everyone who booked so quickly! Because of the overwhelming response, we're excited to offer a second hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn right next door. We'll share the booking details and link as soon as it's ready. The two hotels share the same parking lot, so everyone will be able to take advantage of the shuttle to and from Swan Lake. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
