This story starts back in high school. We knew about each other in high school but never talked. We sat right beside each other at graduation and didn't even talk. When graduation was over and we were collecting our diplomas, Hunter ended up with mine. I went to go collect mine after turning in my gown and they said they didn't have it. Later that day Hunter's sister messaged me and said her brother had my diploma and said he would come drop it off. Hunter came to drop it off and maybe a few words were exchanged but it was very short and awkward. Fast forward to January 2024. My best friend and Hunter's best friend were together, so we started hanging out together. Then that was that. Now we have two dogs together and enjoying life.
