When Should I RSVP By?

Our RSVP deadline has now passed - if we have not heard from you, we will miss celebrating with you!

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you are settled and seated before the start of our ceremony!

Will There Be Transportation To The Venue?

Answer

Yes! Our shuttle will run on the following schedule: 3:25PM: shuttle arrives at Country Inn & Suites for guest pick-up 3:35PM: shuttle departs for next stop 3:40PM: shuttle arrives at Tru by Hilton for guest pick-up 3:50PM: shuttle departs for next stop 4:10PM: shuttle arrives at Big Spring Farm! 10:30-10:40PM: shuttle departs at the end of the ceremony for hotel drop-offs **If you drove yourself to the ceremony, but need a safe ride home, you are welcome to take the shuttle back! Cars can be left at the venue overnight, but must be picked up by 10AM the next morning**

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

We are blessed to have so many family members and friends to celebrate with us! However, due to limited capacity at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding, and please reach out to Jessica or Devon with any questions!

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our ceremony & reception as an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use the evening as a date night!

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family members get dressed up for our big day! Semi-formal/cocktail attire is encouraged. Our ceremony will take place at a shaded outdoor site, but the reception will be indoors.

Can I Take Photos & Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer and videographer there to fully capture the day. Other than the ceremony - yes! Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like.

I Have A Food Allergy - Can I Make A Special Request?

Answer

Absolutely! Our caterer is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions/preferences. Please reach out to Jessica or Devon directly with any concerns or requests.

Will There Be A Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes - we have reserved a block of rooms at the Country Inn & Suites and the Tru Hotel by Hilton. Please see the Travel + Accommodations page for more details!
