Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We are having an adult only wedding day! Let down your hair, relax, and get ready to party!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP (both accepting and declining) by June 26th, 2023 but you don't have to wait until then. The earlier the better!

Question

Is there a Shuttle to the Della Terra before the wedding?

Answer

We will not have a shuttle service set up for transportation to the ceremony because Estes Park is a small town and does have a free shuttle service around the entire town. The Estes Park Shuttle runs daily from 9am to 9pm! A great way to get around Estes Park without having to worry about parking or while enjoying some Colorado beers. Della Terra Chateau is just across the road from stop 5 on the Gold Route (Rocky Mountain Gateway) and the venue offers golf cart pick up at the bottom of the driveway for those taking the shuttle to the wedding! Question

Is there a Shuttle leaving the Della Terra after the wedding?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service arranged following the reception to stop at cabins and hotels along Fall River Road and W Wonderview Ave and into Downtown Estes Park. We do have to provide locations of drop off to the shuttle service, and will do our best to accommodate with as close of drop off to places guest are staying. If you plan on using the shuttle please be sure and add that information when RSVPing. We will have more information about the shuttle service closer to the wedding. Please remember Estes Park is a small town at the base of the Rocky Mountains so cell service isn't the strongest and Lyfts, Ubers, and taxis aren't very common.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:45pm, but we will be serving welcome drinks at 4:00pm! Feel free to arrive then, but we ask that everyone arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony.

Question

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Our food will be set up in stations with vegetarian and gluten free options.

Question

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

Answer

Yes, Della Terra offers onsite parking, including overnight parking on our wedding day for our guests. When you arrive at Della Terra, the transportation staff will instruct you where to park. Cars must be picked up by 10:00am on Saturday 8/12 if left overnight.

Question

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

Question

Is altitude really that big of a deal?

Answer

YES! We will be saying "I DO!" at 8296 feet above sea level! Be sure to drink PLENTY of water before coming to Colorado, throughout your stay, and especially lots on our big day! We want everyone to have a fun and safe time, please understand alcohol affects most people faster at this elevation.

For all the days along the way
