Matt and Amanda first crossed paths during the summers of 2005 - 2007 as campers at Camp Happiness in Milford, CT. Fast forward to their return to camp as employees, in 2013 a now bridesmaid, Hayley, shared Amanda’s phone number with Matt. Amanda played hard to get before finally agreeing to go on a date with him at the Connecticut Post Mall one summer day, and the rest is history. They have navigated high school, college, living together, and finally, engaged life. On Christmas morning in 2022, Amanda unwrapped a gift from Matt. As she read the card, touched by Matt's heartfelt words, little did she know what was about to happen. Opening an ornament depicting two snowmen getting engaged, Amanda looked up to find Matt holding a ring box, ready to propose. They are so excited to share this experience with friends and family on their special day!
