Travel Note

Hotel Information *Please Read*

We were able to get discounted rates through Ben's company's travel agent. We have booked rooms for everyone we believe to be an out of town guest at Hyatt Regency Downtown for Friday 11/21/25 through Sunday 11/23/25. To confirm your hotel room you will need to contact Will Vuong via email: wv@iwantmytravel.com and confirm. The reservation will be under you or your family members name. You will need to provide your credit card and move payment over to you. If any changes need to be made please contact Will or Stuart to make date changes, request a different room, add additional rooms or answer any questions. Rooms where payment information is NOT changed by the week before the wedding WILL BE CANCELED.

Flight

ICT Airport

If you are flying we recommend flying into ICT. It is about 15 - 20 min from all wedding activities. Most major airlines fly into ICT (Southwest, Delta, United, American).

Train

Amtrak

We know many of our guests are closer to Chicago than Wichita. Amtrak runs a train from Chicago to Kansas City or Newton (~30 min drive from Wichita). The train gets in late at night but makes for a peaceful and fun alternate method of transportation.
