Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request all of our guests to follow our black tie theme of solid black attire. Ladies, any solid black formal dresses, preferably knee length and below Men, black suits, or tuxedos preferred.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus to transport our guests from The Hilton Garden Inn arriving promptly at 2:15 pm that will make multiple trips to Stonebridge Country Club until 3 pm. The shuttle will then be available at Stonebridge to transport guests back to the hotel after 9 pm.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please ensure prompt arrival to Stonebridge Country Club at 3:00 pm. There will be a brief welcome service prior to the start of our ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

On all RSVP cards there is a section that gives the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. Please understand that this was very carefully and not easily decided and we are not flexible to plus ones unless previously specified due to limited space.

Are children welcome?

Answer

This is mainly an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children in our bridal party. Due to limited space and unless previously discussed, children are not invited.
