WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We kindly request that all RSVPs be submitted by October 1, 2025 so that we can finalize our guest list and ensure we have enough space and accommodations for everyone. Unfortunately, any unconfirmed guests will be removed from the guest list after this date to finalize our plans. We appreciate your understanding! You can RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab above or from the home screen!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS ON MY PHONE?

Answer

You can take photos anytime EXCEPT during the ceremony! We have paid a lot of money for a professional photographer to capture our day! Please DO NOT have your phone out during the ceremony!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to ensure enough time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 2:45pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has been concluded.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a night out for yourself!

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Answer

Please inform the bride directly of any allergies/restrictions so we can communicate those concerns to the caterer prior.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so please plan shoes accordingly. Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party as well as colors traditionally reserved for the bride. This includes white, ivory, or cream colors.

WILL FOOD AND BEVERAGES BE SERVED?

Answer

After the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy light refreshments during our cocktail hour. During our reception, we will be offering a buffet full of meal options. An open bar will be provided during the cocktail hour and reception offering a selection of beer, wine, and various soft drinks/tea and water.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. Please follow the signs and park in the gated field on your right upon entrance. Parking assistance will be provided for those in need.
