We're getting married!

Our story... Me and Ben met in high school after I changed schools. He was always the life of the party, cutting up and making everyone feel special. He made the biggest impression on me when he would find out peoples birthday and make the whole cafeteria sing happy birthday to them at lunch. We were just friends all through high school until 2016 when we started talking a little bit and really getting to know each other. We enjoyed our long talks with each other and to this day feel like that was what sparked our love story but felt like it just wasn't our time yet. Well maybe more so mine, Ben says he knew he liked me from the moment he met me walking down the halls at school (what a story huh? makes me feel like I'm in a hallmark movie). After 2016 we went our separate ways, still keeping up with each other, until last year. The Lord kept putting us on each other minds, and in January last year I went fishing (Ben's words) I posted a band that I really love and knew he did too in hopes he would reach out and we could catch up. Well he took the bait and we were inseparable. Everyday we had phone calls that ran into the late hours of the night because we did not want to stop talking to each other. It was simple, I felt like I was just catching up with my best friend and ending up gaining my best friend. Little did either of us know the relationship would take off as quick as it did, we started spending everyday together that we could. Our first date was like us, fun and simple. We went to a local Italian restaurant and went bowling afterwards. I was swooning... we were both so nervous because we didn't believe it could be real but He did just about everything to make me feel comfortable and smile. He busted a move in the parking lot to the music playing outside, we sang together in the car as he used my hand as a microphone, and we did silly moves in the bowling alley to make each other laugh. We both knew then that we had found our best friend.
