Casual gathering and dinner with Chipotle catering. Nothing formal, more of a hangout. Come and go any time between 6 and 9 p.m. Drinks will be provided but you can bring your own as well. Bring a cooler if you have a spare one!

Ski gear! Dress clothes you can ski in!
We reserved parking spot #6 at The Beach. Come here to hang out during the ski day and before the ceremony. Skiing is not required to hang out at The Beach. BYO food to grill, and booze (some will be provided). You can also check out the 6th Alley Bar & Grill in the lodge at the base of the mountain. This is the place to pick up your group-discount lift ticket (to ski) or your scenic lift ticket for the ceremony.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Mountain Formal (Ski gear or dress clothes w/ snow boots)
*UPDATE* We were able to work with A-Basin to expand seating to accommodate 100 guests, so everyone who wants a seat should be able to have one! The bar at the mid-mountain Black Mountain Lodge closes at 2:30 p.m., if you want to get up there early for food or beverage. NON-SKIERS: Please get to the Black Mountain Express chairlift at the base *no later* than 2:30 p.m. Wear snow boots—you'll be walking across snow/slush a short distance from the top of the lift to the ceremony site on the deck. Be prepared for either snow or hot sun (it could go either way this time of year; keep an eye on the forecast as we get closer). You will take the chairlift down after the ceremony. The lifties will slow the chairs down for you. ;)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Ski gear or dressy clothes you can ski in
We've expanded seating so there should be enough for all, but please give priority to family and non-skiers if need be. And if you want to watch from the snow, that's fine too! RSVP for this if you want to ski up to the deck of the Black Mountain Lodge for the ceremony and then join the party shred down!
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Ski Cocktail -- Wear your favorite wedding attire (e.g., dresses, suits); it's ok to wear what you wore skiing!
Cocktail hour starts at 5:30 p.m. and will include light appetizers, open bar, live music. Dinner & open bar starts around 6:30 p.m., followed by toasts and dancing. (so. much. dancing). Dinner options are: • Lemon Pepper Chicken • Beef Brisket • Vegan Eggplant Tofu Marinara Stacks Stay as long as you like! Shuttles will do "hot laps" from 9 to 11 p.m. to Frisco addresses.
