Bridesmaid
Desiree and Nicole became friends in High School when eating Flaming Hot Cheetos and Cream Cheese together was a thing (must have been an El Dorado thing). During their High School days they both started working at Chuck E. Cheese and singing the song “Footloose” together. Des moved away out of High School and Nicole always visited wherever she was. Nicole loves taking trips to Arizona to visit Des and have some adventures such as going to baseball games, hiking, massages and exploring. One of Nicole’s favorite trips was when they got to experience the Grand Canyon together and took a spur of the moment road trip. Nicole admires Des for her positivity, her devotion to animals, and being a fighter (cancer survivor). They continue their friendship and will see where new adventures will lead.

Letty and Nicole forged their friendship during their college years with carefree weekends in lively bars, dancing the night away. The two of them relished their downtime together, engaging in leisurely activities and embarking on memorable trips. Their circle of friends, including Veronica, Lucy, and Dina, often enjoyed their escapades to Glen Ivy and Palm Springs, creating cherished memories. Letty, with her hidden talents, has proved to be an invaluable friend to Nicole, especially when it comes to creativity. She possesses a creative flair that makes her a great party planner. As you glance around at the wedding reception, you will surely notice one of Letty's creations. Among Nicole's most treasured memories with Letty was a trip they took to Costa Rica. Together, they engaged in activities such as zip-lining, scaled the heights of a volcano, and relished breathtaking sunsets. Over time, their friendship evolved, and now, with Gabriel in the picture, they enjoy delightful evenings filled with boundless fun and contagious laughter. Letty and Nicole continue to strengthen their bond, creating new memories and experiencing life's adventures side by side. Their friendship has stood the test of time, weathering the challenges of their twenties and thirties, the exhilaration of travel, and the joy of sharing each other's lives.

Amy and Nicole met while working at Orange County Fire Authority. What started out with Nicole joining Amy on her annual trip to New York City for St. Patty’s Day celebration and parade both inspired and ignited Nicole's passion for travel. Over the past 10 years, the two have explored such far away locations as New Zealand, Australia, Cuba, Spain, Portugal, Ibiza, London, and Prague. Domestically, they have shared some epic road trips throughout several East Coast locales, including Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania (where they each earned a Masters Degree in Chocolate tasting from Hershey's University), and Ohio. Fun fact: they once "chased" a hurricane from Tennessee to North Carolina! In North Carolina, it was Nicole's turn to inspire Amy, as her search for an investment opportunity resulted in both becoming home owners in Wilmington, NC. They also share a love of professional football, traveling to Denver to see Amy's Broncos in action, as well as a great road trip up the central coast to San Jose to see Nicole's Cowboys take on the 49'ers. With Amy as driver and Nicole as navigator, these two have made lots of great memories, shared lots of laughs, and eaten their fair share of Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili chips (a road trip staple). You might think these two are sisters, but they are "Smithsters", a term of endearment born from sharing the last name of Smith. Nicole's last name may be changing soon, but she and Amy will always be "Smithsters".

Julie grew up in San Pedro alongside her 6 sisters and 1 brother to Felipe and Ernesto (RIP). But doesn’t stop there as she also has 2 half sisters and 2 half brothers for a total of 11 siblings. Dave grew up in Lynwood as an only child to Pat & Lowell Smith (may they rest in peace). He was proud of his dad and his service with LA County Sheriffs. Nicole and her mom take annual trips and share new experiences. Over the summer, they took a trip to the Pacific Northwest and drove along the Oregon Coast. From her younger days and playing softball, he was the coach. To now, he supports her career working for a law enforcement agency. He is always available to help and will still take Nicole’s cars for oil changes. Guess that’s Gabriel’s new job. Thanks to the love and support, teaching right from wrong, through the years has really shaped Nicole to the person she is today. Nicole is forever grateful and loves her parents very much.
