What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the event is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, gowns, or pantsuits. Gentlemen are being asked to wear a suit, tuxedo, or sport coat with dress pants. Ceremony will be outdoors.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the 2nd floor balcony (weather allowing), while the reception will be indoors on the main floor.

Yes! Please let us know of any food allergies so we can make accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot directly in front of the venue for your convenience. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight if needed.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony, so everyone can be fully present and undistracted. We promise to share professional photos afterward!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We’ll be serving a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails for guests to enjoy throughout the reception at two separate designated bars.

Are there supports for individuals with mobility aids?

Answer

Yes! There is a ramp from the parking lot to the sidewalk/front entrance and an elevator to comfortably move guests to the 2nd floor for the ceremony.

Will there be a Gluten Free food option?

Yes! One of the buffet options will be Gluten Free and properly prepared for guests to enjoy.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No! We are sorry, but outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Port 393 grounds.

Yes! A seating chart will be available at the reception to help you find your assigned table.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In the event we are unable to hold the ceremony outside, all wedding events will take place indoors.
