The Bride and Groom ask that everyone dresses up with them in semi formal/formal attire. Men: Can wear slacks, a nice shirt, tie or dress pants (dress jackets optional) Women: Can wear a midi-maxi length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. No jeans, tennis shoes, or white dresses. (If you have to ask if it’s appropriate don’t wear it) A picture has been added to this page for visual people such as the bride. Please be aware when picking your attire that the wedding ceremony and reception take place outside.

Please RSVP no later than 08.01.2026 even if you’re RSVPing no. Any unanswered RSVP after that date will automatically be placed as a not attending. As much as we would love to give time past the RSVP date our vendors need exact headcount’s to make sure the day goes as smooth as possible for everyone to have a great time, thank you for your understanding.

There is a limit on the guests we can invite as our venue cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where a plus one has been provided we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied. We do encourage all guest to use the plus ones provided even if it’s just a friend or family member!

As much as we love your littles this is an adults-only event (18+) and we cannot accommodate children, we hope you guys with littles are able to take this night to spend with each other and have fun connecting with each other, thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you there!

When should I arrive?When should I arrive?

Ceremony will start at 4:30 all guest should be at Kingswood center gardens by 4:20 pm to ensure ample time. Anyone who isn’t seated by 4:25 pm in the Allee garden will be asked to stand to the side while the ceremony starts. Signs will be posted on where to go and an attendant will be out helping guest navigate.

Please enjoy free parking at the Garden gateway entrance, once you’re parked enter the building and exit out the back door. A map of the grounds is located on your invitations as-well as the itineraries provided during the event.

Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible to those who may need it, there is paved trails throughout so you can easily maneuver from one place to another
