Things To Do
Balboa Park
Balboa Park is abundant with museums and incredible architecture. There are plenty of places to eat/drink within the park as well. We went on our first date as an official couple at Balboa Park!
Old Town San Diego
We love going to Old Town for it's amazing food, history, and culture! We recommend putting in your name at Casa de Reyes and walking through all of the small shops while you wait for your table. Expect some live mariachi as well!
Sunset Cliffs
We highly recommend spending time at Sunset Cliffs during your stay in San Diego! You can either get a coffee from the Little Lion Cafe and walk along the cliffs in the morning or go for sunset! We recommend parking a street or two into the neighborhood to avoid the crowds at sunset.
Bali Hai Restaurant
The Bali Hai is one of our favorite date night spots! We highly recommend the spinach artichoke lumpia, the poke, and the world famous mai tai. Just trust us, and make sure you have a DD!
Mission Beach Boardwalk
We love spending time at Mission Beach during the summer! We recommend parking at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center parking lot and grabbing a bite to eat at Guava Beach Bar & Grill before heading to the beach to get your tan on. There are many other restaurants and bars along Mission Blvd and farther north into Pacific Beach as well.
