Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be held at King Mansion in Harrisburg, PA. We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony on the front lawn, but will have blankets and heat lamps available to help keep guests comfortable.

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience, but no later than October 7th so we can provide our vendors with final head counts.

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are welcome as are suits and cocktail dresses.

Central Pennsylvania in early November will be peak fall, so plan on cooler weather. We are planning an outdoor ceremony, but will have blankets and heat lamps available to help keep guests comfortable.

Please note any dietary restrictions or food allergies at the time of your RSVP so we can let the caterer know ahead of time.

Please refer to the names listed on your invitation as they are the only guests we are able to accommodate.

How can we get there?

Answer

If you are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, there will be a shuttle available to take guests to and from the venue. If you are planning on driving, there is a parking lot next to the venue.

What are the details for the after party?

Answer

We're planning an after party at Eby Farm following the reception. If you're planning on attending the after party, we ask that you please indicate so on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. There will be a shuttle available to take guests from the venue to the after party. Guests will then have to provide their own transportation after the after party.
