If you do not RSVP by the deadline (9/6/24), you will unfortunately be marked "Not Attending". Our vendors and venue require the exact number of guests by a certain date ahead of the big day. While reminders will be sent out, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. We don't want to be missing you during the celebration!
We completely understand when unexpected things pop up! We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible, preferably before the RSVP deadline if possible. You can update your RSVP by going to the same link on your invitation.
We are incredibly excited to be celebrating with the people we cherish most. Plus ones and the number of seats reserved for you will be clearly noted on your invitation. If only one seat is reserved for you, we unfortunately cannot offer you a plus one at this time.
While we love your kiddos, we are looking to keep our big day adult-only so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can come celebrate with us!
Please arrive no later than 3:30PM to allow for time to find your seat. We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 4PM. If you are running late and arrive after the ceremony has begun, we kindly ask that you quietly find seats at the back of the patio.
If you're traveling in from out of town we have a few recommended hotels listed on the Travel page. All of these hotels are in downtown Fort Wayne and are about an easy 20 minute drive from the venue. They are also very close to many of the restaurants, bars, and activities we have recommended on the Things To Do page!
There is plenty of parking at Union 12! The paved lot is located close to the venue and grounds and includes handicapped spaces as well.
We are hoping to spend as much time outdoors as possible! The ceremony and dance floor will both be located on a covered patio, although dinner will take place inside. Cocktail hour will feature yard games and the opportunity to walk around the grounds some. Please plan for the evening to be cool, as it will be early October in northern Indiana.
We’re hardly ones to tell people exactly how to dress, but if you’re generally curious on what to wear or what the wedding will be like, we’re (and by we, we mean Garrett specifically has put a lot of thought into this) going with a fall garden party theme. Think lots of florals, vintage touches, and different shades of greens, oranges, blues, purples, burgundys. It’s not a highly formal occasion, but we’d be happy to see you take the opportunity to dress up and feel good in what you’re wearing!
If you told Garrett you don't know, he'd shout "Inconceivable!" and tell you to RSVP "Not Attending". Rhiannon says if you don't know, then you should google it, watch the entire movie, and RSVP "Attending" before you do any of that.
Our wonderful wonderful friend Jacob Sherfield will be officiating the wedding. He is a swell lad and you should definitely stop and say hi to him at some point in the evening. However, please be sure not to look him in the right eye. We cannot say why. That is just his specific request.
Guess you'll have to show up on time to find out.
That is Rob's. If you see it, please give it back to him.
No. But our 38-piece wedding band, Love on the Run, is.
Carly Liegel has a very particular set of skills that she is not afraid to use quietly and swiftly. Dress at your own risk (aka do not do this or you will leave not wearing white/cream/etc. and likely damp).
Yes but only pre-dawn in men's stall number 2.
