We want to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please wear your finest ALL BLACK formal/semi-formal attire. Security has been instructed to deny entry to any person who is not in ALL BLACK including 'pop of color' and jeans. Please feel free to wear silver, gold, or black accessories.
Use the QR Code in your invitation or click the RSVP tab in the menu drop down above to complete the RSVP section anytime on or before March 25, 2025. To find your name please use upper case as first letter when typing your first and last name. Late responses will not be accepted.
Because the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend arriving at the venue between 4pm and 4:20pm. Once the ceremony begins, guests will not be permitted inside the venue until after the ceremony has ended.
We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity our big day will be an adults only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night as no extra children will be allowed in. If you are not sure please reach out to Deja.
If you do not RSVP by 3.25.2025, you will be marked as not attending and cannot be added after. We would love to have you celebrate with us, however our vendors have concrete deadlines for establishing an exact guest count so we will not be able to accommodate late RSVP's. This means that you will not be allowed to join us as there will be no seating, drinks, or food for any person not on our guest list by March 25, 2025.
You will definitely be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding for any reason, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you cannot make it, please notify Deja as soon as you are aware.
Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your name & Guest" if a plus one has been granted to you. Thank you for understanding.
We have decided on a non-traditional registry. If you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our future fund can be made via the registry tab on our website. If you are uncomfortable with the online platform, we will have a card box at the reception.
Our venue is surrounded by parking spaces with additional parking in neighboring lots. Please do not park in reserved parking spaces unless you have been granted one.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same indoor venue.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means that no phones or cameras will be allowed during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture our special moments. We will share them with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
We will be supplying all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the night. Our venue has a strict policy and all alcoholic beverages must be served by the licensed and insured bartender we have hired for the night. Any person seen with a personal bottle will be removed by security.
