When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 9th, 2025. We’re so excited to celebrate with you, and your timely response will help us finalize all the details. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate responses received after this date — thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’ve thoughtfully planned our guest list to include those closest to us. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name or a placeholder will be listed when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep the celebration intimate.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our celebration mostly adults-only. If your children are specifically invited, their names will appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive early to find your seat and settle in before we say “I do”! The shuttle will arrive by 4:40 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

How will you accommodate a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure everyone can enjoy the meal comfortably.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you’re driving, there is on-site parking available at Ventosa Vineyards. Guests may also be dropped off at the main entrance for convenience before parking. Please allow a few extra minutes in case of traffic or shuttle arrivals.

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you feel inclined, we’ve created a registry with a few things to help us start this next chapter. You can find the link on the Registry page of this website.
