Maxwell Falls Lower Trail
Our favorite hike close to Denver, and the spot where Eddy proposed last October. The hike is a 4 mile loop, with a mix of terrain, great mountain views, and a water fall with great spots to sit and enjoy a picnic. For a shorter hike, park at the upper lot.
Denver Art Museum
Fun fact: Both Eddy and Lauren have worked here!

One of our favorite places to get coffee in the city. Other favorite spots are: Novo Coffee, Steam, Devil's Food Bakery, Stowaway (great breakfast too!), Rivers and Roads (lots of GF snacks)
