When and where is the wedding?

We're getting married on July 3, 2026 at Kloc's Grove in West Seneca, New York. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour and a reception.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to find your seat and enjoy the pre-ceremony music by the quartet.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all take place outdoors in the Garden Pavilion. The entire ceremony and reception spaces are covered so there will be no direct sunlight on any guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire - think blazer and dress pants for men, and cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we had unlimited funds to support this! Due to our limited budget and seating, we're only able to accommodate guests that are specifically indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What colors are the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing steel blue and the groomsmen will be in navy blue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of the children we have chosen to involve in our ceremony.

Where should out-of-town guests stay?

Answer

You can book a room at one of the three hotels on Slade Avenue in West Seneca for a discounted rate. More details and booking links are in the "Travel" tab.

Where should guests park if driving?

Answer

There is a large parking lot in front of the venue as well as a large grass lot for additional parking.
