When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 mins ahead of time.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking at the venue. All cars are allowed to be there over night. If left over night you will need to remove your car by 11am Sunday morning.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a trolley pick guests up at both the Beauport Hotel and the Rockport Inn. I will check in with registered guests about the pick-up time frame, and inform the hotels as well. The trolley will also pick up guests at the end of the reception. You can be transferred to the after party or back to your hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please message one of us directly for any food restrictions. We can make special requests through the venue ahead of time. (gluten, vegetarian, nuts, etc.)

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be held on a boat. The dock is right at the venue, so no travel is needed to and from the boat. The boat will cruise around the harbor for cocktail hour and dinner/reception will follow inside the venue. We also booked a private room for some late night food and music at the Minglewood in Gloucester. The restaurant is close by and transportation will be provided. After party is 10:30pm - 12:30am. Please RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab at the top of the website.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and have a separate wedding registry through Crate and Barrel and Target (linked to the wedding website). Please click on our Registry tab at the top of this website for viewing.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed accordingly. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
