The Solorzanos

We met in the Army, just two names in the same formation, crossing paths without really knowing what we’d eventually become to each other. It wasn’t until we got to our unit that everything shifted—long days, shared struggles, and quiet moments in between slowly pulled us closer until “us” just made sense. Somewhere along the way, we built a life bigger than either of us imagined, welcoming our beautiful daughter Isla, who became the heart of everything we do. And then, as if our story needed a perfect chapter to match it, you got down on one knee at Marriage Island—a place meant for love—and asked me to spend forever with you. In that moment, every step, every challenge, and every memory led exactly where it was supposed to: to us, to our family, and to a lifetime together.
