Lets Take This Wedding to the Beach!

On August 13, 2016 Amanda and Zack met. Amanda was living in San Jose short term for her final Physical Therapy school internship, and Zack had been living in the Mission District of San Francisco for many years. Amanda had gone with some friends to San Francisco for the day to go to Dolores Park. After a few hours of hanging with friends and playing games, Amanda walked past the cutest puppy and had to say hi. The puppy happened to be around the foot of Zack. They chatted and flirted, then Zack asked her to go get a drink with him. They hung out the entire next day, and almost every day for two weeks before Amanda left. On the final weekend together, Zack asked Amanda to be his girlfriend and immediately booked a trip to San Diego two weeks later.

On Zack and Amanda's first date, Zack told her if this thing would ever work out then she would need to beat a video game. Flash forward to the night before the proposal Amanda beat a video game (with Zack's help of course...) While snowshoeing the next day with their two dogs, Zack got down on one knee and asked Amanda to marry him. They were standing in the middle of a frozen lake with views of the Rocky Mountains.

Zack and Amanda have traveled to Thailand, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Belize together. They have learned to ski and have become scuba certified! They have 2 adorable pups named Thor and Axe, and live in their first Home in Denver, CO.
