Our wedding date is April 4th, but we will have plenty of wedding events beginning Thursday, April 2nd. We highly recommend staying at least between Thursday through Sunday to account for any travel delays that may occur and to receive the free round trip transportation!

Yes! We visited this resort personally and the resort has two security checkpoints with a guard off the main road. The safety and comfortability of our guests was our top priority when making our decision on which resort to have our wedding at.
Yes, many of our loved ones have kids or are planning on having kids so finding a family friendly resort was very important to us. This resort is welcome to all ages and during our visit we saw many young families around the resort. There is a kids club at the resort that has a water park with two separate sections for kids to safely play within their age group.
Every room has different occupancy allowances. The maximum adults that a room can have is 3 and the price per person will go down the more you move toward triple occupancy. This resort is priced per person all-inclusive, not per room. If you’d like a chart with a price breakdown of all the room options please reach out to us directly! There are some more family friendly room options that allow for more people. If you stay 3 or more nights using our promo code, you will receive FREE round-trip transportation in a private vehicle for all of your guests on the room reservation. When we visited the resort in June, the value of the hotel transportation was $119 dollars one-way. It is important to mention that you must all arrive at the airport at the same time as well as leave the resort at the same time to head to the airport. We advise that once you arrive to the airport and get through Mexican customs, that you keep walking and follow the instructions that you will receive from Seasons Transfers in your email. There will be many sales people trying to sell you things and it’s important to ignore them and just keep walking. For further questions, please reach out to us!
While the resort itself doesn’t offer any excursions included in your all-inclusive stay, they do have a representative from Seasons Tours who would be able to coordinate an excursion for you at an additional cost. Please reach out to us and we can send you a brochure with all of their information!
Yes, the Excellence Club option is what you will want to select when booking your room if you are looking to be in the adults-only section. You will have access to a few extra adult only options (restaurant and pools). Please note that no one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Excellence Club area of the resort and extra amenities. The Finest club does allow for you to access extra amenities that are 18 plus, but children are allowed to stay in the rooms.
