When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all RSVPS be returned by September 17th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3 pm, the ceremony will start at 3:30. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has started will not be allowed into the ceremony space.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list intimate. If your invitation includes a “plus one,” their name will be listed; otherwise, we’re excited to celebrate with just you!

Are kids welcome?

We’re excited to celebrate with family and friends, big and small! If your children are invited, their names will appear on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the meal! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can share that information with our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the venue. Signs and attendants will help guide you when you arrive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation between the hotels and venue. Ample parking will be available, and rideshare services operate in the area.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, dressy fall attire. For women, think cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, or dress pants; for men, suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect. We kindly ask that guests lean toward jewel tones and other fall colors and avoid pastels and bright colors. We also ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans and other casual clothing.
