How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP using the form on our website. This helps us keep track of everyone easily and make sure our catering and seating are accurate. While we love hearing from you, sending a personal message won’t count as a confirmed RSVP — so please make sure to submit your response online. Thank you!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by January 16th, 2027 so we can save you a seat, a plate, and a slice of happiness on our special day! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you can’t join the celebration—but we’ll miss you dearly!

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure a seamless celebration and proper planning, we kindly ask that you only bring guests who are specifically named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create the perfect wedding experience.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach formal attire requested. Please no jeans, shorts or t-shirts. Think light, breathable fabrics and dressy beach style—sundresses, button-downs, linen, and dressy sandals are perfect. Keep in mind the ceremony will take place on the sand.

Should we bring a gift to Florida?

Answer

Your presence at our special day is the greatest gift of all! With the distance you are traveling to celebrate with us, please know that we kindly request no gifts be brought to Florida for us. This is due to limited space flying to and from with limited suitcase space. We look forward to creating lasting memories with you during this joyous occasion!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the Bilmar Beach Resort. For your convenience, valet parking will be provided on the day of the wedding, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free.

Will there be a shuttle service from hotel?

Answer

Please note that there will not be a hotel shuttle provided back to your accommodations at the end of the evening. We kindly ask that you plan your transportation accordingly. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and we recommend arranging a ride in advance if possible. We want everyone to celebrate safely and have a wonderful time!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel reservations. Please note that hotel reservations are first come, first serve. We do not have a set number of room blocks reserved, so we encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Treasure Island is a popular destination, especially in the spring, and rooms can fill up quickly.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

May in Treasure Island brings warm sunshine, ocean breezes, and that perfect early-summer beach vibe. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid-to-upper 80s°F, with warm evenings in the 70s°F — ideal for a sunset ceremony by the water. The Gulf is usually warm enough for swimming, and you can expect plenty of sunshine. While May is beautiful, Florida weather can include brief afternoon showers or passing thunderstorms. These are often quick and clear up fast, but we recommend planning for warm temperatures and a little humidity!

Will there be shade during the ceremony?

The ceremony will take place directly on the beach and there will be no shade provided. We recommend bringing sunglasses and sunscreen for the sun.

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Your children’s name will appear on the wedding invitation!
