Accommodations
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Wayfinder Waikiki for arrival on March 31 to check out on April 5, 2026. You are welcome to switch the date of your arrival and check out dates to your liking.
For anyone who needs the additional pre/post stay dates (arrival March 28 to departure April 8, 2026) they will need to book the available event dates first and then contact the hotel for assistance in updating the reservation to match their length of stay.
They will charge the deposit fee on your card on file first, then charge 50% of your reservation in January, then by late February the remaining balance of the rooms.
Please book your rooms before February 25, 2026.
