While we adore your kiddos, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please no causal attire.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit as you please! We will have the first few rows reserved for close family. The reception will have assigned seating.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an "unplugged" ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. We hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a person's phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographers to capture. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!
DUH! Beer, wine, and liquor for mixed drinks are on us! Please no shots or outside alcohol on the grounds.
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided for our guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue. We want to make sure everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving! Details and schedules will be shared closer to the big day!
Please RSVP by no later than May 16, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated!
If we do not receive an answer back from you by our May 16th deadline, you will be marked 'not attending.' The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all our vendors in a timely manner.
