When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named in the invitation. We also want to share that after 10pm- there will be explicit/lewd music. Because of this, we ask that children are not present after 9:30 at their parents/caregivers discretion.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a variety of foods offered throughout the night. Please let us know ahead of time if you are concerned about your dietary needs by sending an email to shepardallen700@gmail.com before September 1st 2025 (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) Children are will be eating a kid friendly meal.

Can I bring a date?

Please refrain from bringing guests who are not accounted for on the invitation, due to capacity limitations.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

We have opted into a cash bar. However, cocktail hour will have a specialty cocktail available provided by us, along with the opportunity to utilize the cash bar.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

This ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony as we want everyone to be present in body and mind. We appreciate the cooperation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony ?

Answer

Please try to be in your seats 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. Ceremony seating will be available as early as 30 minutes prior to the start time. Doors will be locked at 10 minutes before the ceremony starts and will not re-open until the ceremony has finished. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm.

What will be the cost of drinks?

Alcoholic beverages will cost roughly $7-$9 each.

Are there recommendations on places to stay overnight?

Answer

While our block of rooms has been released, we still suggest booking at Stone Mill Inn. It is on site of the wedding, making for a seamless transition from party to rest.

Is this venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator available to be used. It is located behind the grand staircase. Please reach out to me directly if you have a question or concern with any other accessibility related inquiries.
