When should I RSVP by?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named in the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a variety of foods offered throughout the night. Please let us know ahead of time if you are concerned about your dietary needs (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) Children are will be eating a kid friendly meal.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire, please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refrain from bringing guests who are not accounted for on the invitation, due to capacity limitations.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

We have opted into a cash bar. However, cocktail hour will have “open bar” stations of pre-selected beverages.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

This ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony as we want everyone to be present in body and mind. We appreciate the cooperation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony ?

Answer

Please try to be in your seats 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Doors will be locked at 10 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm.
