For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton. To take advantage of our special group rate, please make your reservations by May 18, 2026. After this date, the discounted rate may no longer be available. Since rooms are first come first serve, we recommend booking early to ensure availability. For guests coming in on the 17th rooms are available for that day and guests coming on the 18th, you can call the hotel the night before and ask for an earlier check in time.
