Do we need to hire a car?

Answer

Not necessary but recommended. Kefalonia is a small island, Lassi and Argosoli are a short journey from the airport and the wedding venue. The local beaches, bars and restaurants are superb and just a short walk away from most hotels. However, if like us you want to have the freedom to explore this beautiful island we do recommend hiring a car, the roads are quiet and there are many rental company's available at very reasonable prices.

How will I get to the wedding venue?

A coach will depart from Aqua Marina Taverna in Lassi at 3:30pm

What time do I need to arrive for transport to the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy some food or a drink at the taverna.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear whatever attire you feel suits a destination wedding! Our wedding colours include blue, ivory and pink. The venue has an uneven rocky terrain, stiletto heels not advised.

Can I wear shorts?

Answer

Absolutely! Its hopefully going to be hot! So feel free to wear shorts, we just ask you please wear something suitable for the occasion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity of the venue and our budget, the guest list is limited to those who have been named when receiving this invitation.

What's on the Menu?

Answer

We are having a seated wedding breakfast of traditional greek buffet. (including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices)

Will it be an unplugged wedding?

Answer

We want you to be present in the moment, so please put your phones away for our ceremony.

Does the Wedding Venue take card?

Answer

In Kefalonia cash is king! The venue will take card but cash is always preferable on the island.

Is the venue outdoors?

Answer

Yes, we will be outdoors for the majority of the wedding, the party is inside for the evening.

We politely request all RSVPs by Friday 27th March 2026.
