Scotts Flat in Grass Valley, Upper Lake Clementine in Auburn, and Folsom Lake in Granite Bay are some amazing lakes in the area! Some river spots along the Yuba River to check out are Bridgeport (more accessible and easier parking) and South Yuba State Park. The current can be stronger than it looks, so please check river conditions before heading that way!
