We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Something that feels special, yet comfortable for an outdoor celebration. However, we do have one request—please avoid wearing grey. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please plan accordingly and dress comfortably for an outdoor setting.

There will not be an open bar, but a bar will be available where you can purchase drinks using Apple Pay, card, cash, and other payment methods
Café Julia does not have on-site parking, but there are several nearby options for your convenience. Street Parking: Metered parking is available on Richards Street and King Street, as well as near the post office. • Free after 6:00 PM Monday–Saturday • Free all day on Sundays Ali‘i Place Parking Garage (Most Convenient Option): Located directly next door to Café Julia, Ali‘i Place offers secured covered parking. Hours of Operation: • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Rates: • Weekend: $3 for all-day parking • Weekday: $3 flat rate after 5:00 PM (typically $5–$8 for evening events) Important Notes: The garage locks at closing time, but a 24-hour security guard is available to let you in. You may need to wait 5–8 minutes for access. Bishop Square Parking Structure: Another nearby option, Bishop Square is open 24/7. Rates: • Weekend: $6.25 for all-day parking • Weekday: $6.25 flat rate after 5:00 PM (typically $12–$20 for evening events) For your convenience, we recommend using Ali‘i Place Parking Garage for its proximity to the venue. Yes, we will host a ceremony with selected family members. Those family members will receive notice ahead of time.
We love pets, but we respectfully request that they be left at home for the day. Our venue cannot accommodate pets, and we want everyone to enjoy the event without worry.
To let the bride & groom shine on their special day, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream-colored clothing. We want to create a beautiful atmosphere where the bride and grooms look stands out!
